READ!!!! I aint gonna lie been going to this place since the old shack days. Its a staple in the S.E and literally the only place that I've had multiple juvenile roaches crawl out of my wing box order and haven't stopped buying from them. 😅 the food is great just dont let ol Marvin Zendler 🙏peep out the back. ( what you don't know won't hurt you )

Best fried chicken in the neighborhood with generous portions of fried rice or French fries and a delicious bun included. Got the beef and broccoli with chicken fried rice for my niece and it was kid approved.

Rices is the place to come to if you have 10 mouths to feed on a 2 mouth budget... they are super generous with the serving portions. Tho me n mine CAN'T finish what we get, shiiiiib, we have enough to freeze till our next family cookout hahaha! They seriously never disappoint, I feel like myself and my kids to help wash dishes, cuz we are guilty of maybe stealing something, but we're not hahahaha! With that said, we visited around 5 in the evening on a Saturday, Oct 29, they have young ladies taking folks orders, but there is one, she needs to learn to be kind,friendly, REALLY LEARN WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS, maybe she's having a bad day, or maybe she don't know how to be in the service industry. BIG NEGATIVE- we went to the restrooms to wash, they were not clean, no soap, my boys told me there was poo on the walls, so we RINSED our hands n smothered them in hand sanitizer.

The food was good and the price was okay. The parking lot is small, and you have to make sure to ask for condiments, especially if you're ordering the seafood, cause it does not come automatically in the plates.

I just ordered special lo mein and 4 egg rolls. Delicious and they added one shrimp and some fries as a sample im assuming. It was so good definitely going back now for the shrimp
